Finally, My First Live Concert After Lock-Down!
You, dear audience, and we artists had to wait a long time to experience culture live again. At the end of June the time had come and I was able to play the first of several PianoBox concerts, in the Kaisersaal in Vienna, in front of a real audience! The Corona rules demanded a lot of restrictions: chairs had to be separated and the hall, which can easily hold more then 100 people, was limited to a maximum of 60 listeners. Despite, or maybe just because of this, the first PianoBox after the Corona-break had a very special atmosphere, as a concert format that strongly involves the audience. The music and the stories are really well received when everything takes place in a small, almost intimate surrounding.
They are three more PianoBox concerts (2 x in Vienna and 1 x in Villach) to come this summer. Here some impressions from the first one. So if you missed it, join me to one of the other three and immers into the stories behind the music with me.
